Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process aiming to facilitate your learning, personal development and wellbeing, and help you maximise your potential.

It is grounded in the idea that you are an expert in your own life and have the resources to find your own solutions and enable change.

Health & Wellness Coaching

Health and wellness coaching will help you gain a greater insight into your current physical and mental health, and help you set new healthier goals. A coach will motivate you to stay on track as you make lifestyle changes and provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

A health and wellness coach will empower you with the skills you need to reach your optimum wellness, by using sustainable strategies and tools so you can achieve whatever you desire, from becoming more confident in your own skin, build a healthy relationship with food, to losing weight and feeling happier.

You will be able to focus on various aspects of your life that might be impacting your eating behavior. By changing a certain aspect of your life that you are unhappy with, this can have a snowball effect on other areas giving you the motivation and positive mindset to change your eating too.

There are certain limiting beliefs, or blocks that are keeping us stuck in old patterns of behaviour and thinking. Coaching can help you spot these blind spots and move forward.

Although there is a big overlap between coaching, therapy and counselling, there are also many differences.

What Happens In 1:1 Personal Coaching?

  3. Goal Setting - come up with an action plan to overcome your challenges and move forward with purpose and focus

Depending on what your goal is, the focus of the sessions will be determined by you and what you want to achieve through coaching. Although you may decide to work with a coach on a particular matter, you may discover other areas of your life that you would like to work on.

Coaching Prices

Danai Beintari started with us as an intern nearly 3 years ago, and has now completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her Masters in Clinical Nutrition & Eating Disorders, and in 2019 her Barefoot Coaching training.

Whilst completing her required placement hours for her coaching accreditation, WeightMatters are offering her excellent coaching services at a reduced fee.

90-minute sessions = £80

60-minute sessions = £55
