Be Nice – Feel Better
This great article follows the author in a day of being nice! Having decided to take part in GAP (Give Appreciate Participate) day it follows them as they do good deeds to strangers. However not only are the feelings of wellbeing nice but there are also health benefits to being a nicer person but also improving your immune system.
The GAP project is fitting in with the governments aim to improve our mental health as it is the largest cause of disability in the UK.
