Food waste is an emotive subject to some.  We are all about saving the planet yet starting with us is also key. 

 

This is an interesting article and he mentions obesity in our society today. 

Perhaps if we were mindful about what we buy before we even eat let alone waste, it may make a difference?

How can you? How about when you shop you plan a menu? How about when you shop, shop from a lust? concentrate purely on the shopping if you’re doing it on line? One thing at a time.  Look at the minimum requirement for the week knowing you can always buy a little more. Eating mindfully, slowly and becoming more aware of when you’re full too.
