Research Flash:

The link between eating and timing of exercise is little understood, to try and get a better understanding of how they relate to each other a new study was carried out. 

The study used 10 overweight men aged 28, they were split into 3 trials, the control of no exercise, walking for 60 minutes before eating a set breakfast, or walking for 60 minutes after eating a set breakfast. 

The results show that overall exercising before eating breakfast could help to burn body fat faster and better regulate lipid metabolism.
