Something About Me
You don’t have to stay stuck. You are not broken—you are becoming
I am an experienced psychotherapist and coach. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with hundreds of clients across five continents to navigate challenges around self-image, weight loss, disordered eating, and, most importantly, their relationship with themselves. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a culturally diverse client range which has supported my understanding of how the unique influences the culture in which we grow up in can shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the way we see the world. In my opinion It is essential to know the influences which have shaped the development of our self and mind, so we can consciously engage in recreating it on our own terms. As Dr Gabor Mate says “ We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world”
My work is about more than food, body image, or external behaviours—it’s about helping you reconnect with what is most essential within you. Through our work together, I help you build resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and step into a life no longer dictated by cycles of shame, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
My struggles with body image, self-esteem, and self-worth led me to this path. I understand first hand what it means to feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism and disconnection. But I also know that healing is possible. My personal journey informs my work, allowing me to support clients from a place of deep empathy, lived experience, and true belief in their potential.
