At WeightMatters, our Health Coaching service helps you move from good intentions to real-life change. If you’re tired of ‘stop-start’ efforts with your health, we offer a structured, compassionate space to build habits that last and feel sustainable.
Working alongside our therapists, dietitians, nutritional therapists and medical team, your health coach will help you make sense of all the advice you’ve received and turn it into clear, achievable steps, at a pace that feels realistic and kind to your nervous system.
Together, you and your coach will:
- Guide behaviour change in a way that fits your life, not someone else’s plan
- Help with goal setting so your goals feel meaningful, achievable and motivating

INITIAL HEALTH COACHING ASSESSMENT
60-minutes – £95
Let us understand your current health picture (weight, eating, stress, sleep, movement, hormones, medical background), your health goals, and the drivers for change.
CHANGE PHASE
Weekly 50-minute Sessions
- Building momentum, self-efficacy and trust, you can change
- Reviewing strategies to initiate behaviour change around: food, stress, sleep, movement, self-care, boundaries
- Intense support as new behaviours and habits develop
STABILISE PHASE
Fortnightly 50-minute Sessions
- Shift from intensive change to consolidation and relapse prevention
- Tracking emails sent to your coach for a brief check-in on the ‘off’ week.
- Coach responds with reflective questions, small challenges and motivation.
